Si chiude con la premiazione dei cinque migliori lavori la prima edizione del Progetto Eni Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro, che ha visto la partecipazione di circa 200 studenti delle scuole gelesi.

Il progetto confermato per il prossimo anno ed esteso ad altri Istituti della Regione. Avviato anche il contratto biennale di apprendistato di primo livello per 20 studenti dell’Istituito tecnico Morselli. Gela, 20 luglio 2016 – Si chiude con la premiazione dei cinque migliori lavori la prima edizione del Progetto Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro, che ha visto la partecipazione di circa 200 studenti, testimoniando come sia possibile studiare a scuola e anche negli stabilimenti Eni.
La premiazione dei partecipanti si è svolta oggi presso la Raffineria di Gela alla presenza di Istituzioni Locali, Dirigenti scolastici e studenti delle scuole coinvolte.Il progetto pilota per Gela, organizzato e gestito da Eni Corporate University (ECU), è stato inaugurato il 3 maggio 2016 e ha coinvolto gli alunni del terzo anno appartenenti a 5 scuole superiori di secondo grado del Comune. Terminato il periodo formativo, i ragazzi sono stati invitati a preparare un lavoro riassuntivo del percorso. Le prime 5 tesine, valutate da una Commissione composta dai docenti delle realtà Eni presenti a Gela, sono state premiate durante la manifestazione. Il Progetto fa riferimento alla Legge “La Buona Scuola” e si inserisce nel Protocollo di Intesa, firmato lo scorso Giugno tra il Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, Ministero dell'Istruzione, dell'Università e della Ricerca ed Eni per promuovere la piena integrazione tra impresa e istituzioni scolastiche. Il programma Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro coinvolgerà circa 1.500 studenti nei prossimi due anni a livello nazionale con stage, laboratori, corsi e-learning e visite di studio presso siti Eni e altri siti di interesse per il settore energetico. Nel dettaglio dell’iniziativa che si è svolta a Gela, i ragazzi hanno partecipato a sessioni dove sono state trattate tematiche tecniche e gestionali proprie del know-how aziendale, nonché a workshop di orientamento sulle competenze personali richieste per lavorare nelle grandi organizzazioni. Alle lezioni teoriche sono state affiancate anche le visite in campo presso la Raffineria, gli impianti EniMed e il Safety Competence Center, il Centro di Eccellenza Eni sulla Sicurezza aziendale che è attivo a Gela dal Gennaio 2015. Nel corso dell’evento Eni e l'Ufficio Scolastico Regionale della Sicilia hanno sottoscritto un protocollo per estendere il progetto di alternanza anche agli Istituti situati al di fuori del comune di Gela, arricchendo ulteriormente l’offerta formativa con iniziative in corso di concertazione. Inoltre, per l’anno scolastico 2016/2017, sarà confermato il Progetto di Alternanza per le scuole di Gela. Sarà, infine, avviato il contratto biennale di apprendistato di primo livello per 20 studenti dell’Istituito tecnico Morselli in modo da anticipare il contatto con i giovani diplomandi, qualificandoli e indirizzandoli verso le professionalità di interesse.
