EniServizi è la società che opera nel settore della fornitura di servizi facility management agli edifici, alle persone e a supporto del business di Eni e delle sue società controllate. Numerose le attività di cui si occupa: dalla gestione immobiliare e degli spazi di lavoro alla somministrazione di utilities, dalla riproduzione di documenti alla gestione di archivi e magazzini, dalla ristorazione ai servizi di travel management e molti altri. Un'offerta di servizi integrati e ottimizzati che sfrutta sistemi informativi avanzati.
Sono tre le principali aree di attività in cui EniServizi è impegnata: servizi agli edifici, servizi al business, servizi di People Care.
Servizi agli edifici
Assicurare adeguate sedi di lavoro e uffici direzionali che rispettino standard di qualità, funzionalità, comfort ambientale e sicurezza, nonché la gestione ottimale del patrimonio immobiliare di proprietà di Eni: questi sono i principali servizi agli edifici offerti dalla società e che sono riconducibili alle seguenti tipologie:
servizi di Real Estate: riguardano le attività di natura immobiliare finalizzate alla messa a disposizione di spazi necessari per lo sviluppo delle attività lavorative e per uso abitativo, nonché alla gestione tecnico-amministrativa dei contratti di locazione e degli immobili di proprietà
servizi di conduzione e manutenzione degli edifici e delle aree esterne adiacenti agli stessi: lavori di manutenzione straordinaria e interventi legati al risparmio energetico, di igiene ambientale ma anche facchinaggio, traslochi e fornitura arredi.
realizzazione iniziative progettuali: riguardano le attività di project management per la progettazione e la realizzazione dei progetti immobiliari, di impianti di sicurezza e dei sistemi di controllo accessi.
Servizi al Business
L’obiettivo di questi servizi è fornire alle persone di Eni mezzi e strumenti che permettano un efficace svolgimento delle attività lavorative e sono riconducibili alle seguenti tipologie:
gestione flotte autoveicoli aziendali: inclusa la gestione dei contratti di leasing in nome e per conto di Eni e delle società controllate
Mobility Management: comprende la predisposizione e l’attuazione dei piani per lo sviluppo della mobilità “casa-lavoro” delle persone di Eni, l’organizzazione di iniziative di “car pooling” e “car sharing”, la gestione dei rapporti con enti del trasporto pubblico e la sottoscrizione di convenzioni per favorire la mobilità delle persone di Eni, l’organizzazione e la gestione dei servizi di collegamento interaziendale
sistemi di stampa e multifunzione: ovvero la fornitura e la gestione dei dispositivi per la riproduzione e la trasmissione di documenti (stampanti, fotocopiatrici e multifunzione, fax) nonché lo sviluppo di progetti per la razionalizzazione dei sistemi di stampa finalizzati al conseguimento di risultati di contenimento dei costi e di sostenibilità a salvaguardia dell’ambiente, come il contenimento dei consumi di carta, di toner e di energia elettrica.
gestione archivi: la catalogazione, la digitalizzazione e la conservazione di documenti cartacei e la catalogazione e conservazione di materiali di carattere geologico e geofisico
ispettorato degli utilizzatori Eni, è l’organismo certificato da Accredia (Ente Italiano di Accreditamento, è l’unico organismo nazionale autorizzato dallo Stato a svolgere attività di accreditamento) autorizzato dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico che valuta la conformità alla direttiva europea PED delle attrezzature a pressione di nuova costruzione, da installare presso gli impianti industriali di Eni e delle società controllate, per il rilascio dei relativi attestati di conformità secondo il D.lgs n. 93 del 25 febbraio 2000.
altri servizi come i servizi di posta, di spedizione e magazzinaggio.
Servizi di People Care
Comprende tutti i servizi destinati alle persone di Eni, connessi direttamente o indirettamente alle attività lavorative oppure finalizzati a facilitare il bilanciamento tra vita lavorativa e vita privata o a favorire il mantenimento di un buono stato di salute. Tali servizi sono riconducibili alle seguenti tipologia:
servizi di ristorazione: ovvero l’organizzazione e la gestione dei ristoranti aziendali, la fornitura di buoni pasto (elettronici/cartacei), l’organizzazione e la gestione delle foresterie, la gestione dei distributori automatici di alimenti e bevande, i servizi di catering
servizi di visti, emigration e immigration: riguardano le attività legate all’ottenimento delle autorizzazioni per l’ingresso del personale straniero in Italia e la sua permanenza, nonché dei documenti necessari all’uscita del personale italiano o rimpatrio del personale straniero, l’assistenza per il rinnovo/rilascio dei passaporti
Travel Management: ovvero l’organizzazione e la gestione delle trasferte delle persone di Eni. Comprende la prenotazione e l’emissione di titoli di viaggio, le prenotazioni alberghiere e di servizi di autonoleggio, l’organizzazione di viaggi con l’utilizzo di aeromobili della flotta aziendale e il noleggio di voli charter
iniziative di welfare: ovvero l’organizzazione e la gestione di attività sociali per le persone di Eni e per i loro familiari quali ad esempio l’asilo nido e la scuola d’infanzia Eni, i soggiorni estivi e tematici con finalità didattiche, sportive e ricreative, la sottoscrizione di convenzioni a condizioni agevolate per l’acquisto di beni e servizi
servizi medico-sanitari: riguardano sia i servizi la cui erogazione rientra tra gli obblighi di presidio datoriale, sia i servizi di carattere medico-sanitario per favorire la prevenzione e lo stato di salute delle persone di Eni.
