Il Sistema di Gestione Integrato Salute, Sicurezza, Ambiente e Energia individua le responsabilità, le procedure e gli strumenti necessari per il perseguimento dei programmi aziendali e degli obiettivi ambientali. L’adozione dei sistemi di gestione è finalizzata al costante miglioramento delle prestazioni, individuando opportuni interventi tecnologici e gestionali per il risparmio energetico, la riduzione degli impatti sull’ambiente, la prevenzione delle malattie professionali, degli infortuni e degli incidenti sul lavoro. Enipower si è dotata dei Sistemi di Gestione Ambientale secondo la norma ISO 14001:2015 e secondo il regolamento EMAS, del Sistema di Gestione Energia secondo la norma ISO 50001:2018 e del Sistema di Gestione secondo la norma ISO 45001:2018 (Sistema di Gestione Sicurezza).
Enipower nel pieno rispetto della legislazione vigente e in coerenza con il Codice Etico, il Modello 231 e le politiche di Eni, opera con tutte le proprie strutture perseguendo una gestione sostenibile degli aspetti sociali e ambientali, correlati ai servizi e prodotti di tutte le proprie aree di business.

Il Codice Etico definisce i principali valori che guidano l'azione di Eni. Tutte le persone di Eni, insieme a coloro che operano per i suoi obiettivi, sono tenute all'osservanza dei principi del Codice Etico. Integrità e trasparenza sono i principi che guidano l’azione di Eni nel delineare un assetto di amministrazione e controllo adeguato alle proprie dimensioni, complessità e struttura operativa, nell’adottare un sistema di controllo interno efficace, nel comunicare con gli azionisti e gli altri stakeholder. Questi valori sono fissati nel Codice Etico, approvato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione di Eni il 14 marzo 2008, in sostituzione del precedente Codice di Comportamento del 1998, aggiornato il 10 aprile 2014 e da ultimo il 23 novembre 2017. Amministratori, Sindaci, management e, in generale, tutti i dipendenti di Eni, così come tutti coloro che operano in Italia e all’estero per il conseguimento degli obiettivi di Eni, ciascuno nell’ambito delle proprie funzioni e responsabilità, sono tenuti all’osservanza dei principi contenuti nel Codice Etico. Contiene norme di comportamento concrete, affinché i principi in esso contenuti possano costituire una guida pratica nell’operatività aziendale. Il sistema di governance di Enipower si fonda sulla condivisione dei valori, delle regole e delle responsabilità sancita dal Codice Etico redatto da Eni.
Le dichiarazioni ambientali di Enipower, Enipower Mantova e Sef sono realizzate nell’ambito di quanto previsto dal regolamento EMAS e sono aggiornate annualmente. Questi documenti vengono pubblicati sul sito internet e descrivono la nostra politica ambientale, gli aspetti ambientali significativi, gli obiettivi e i target, i dati ambientali inerenti gli aspetti significativi e tutte le prestazioni ambientali.
Enipower pubblica annualmente il proprio Report di Sostenibilità. Nel documento, si descrivono le azioni che definiscono l’applicazione di un modello di sviluppo sostenibile. L’obiettivo di generare valore per la collettività, nel presente e soprattutto nel futuro, si concretizza nell’attenzione ai temi riguardanti la responsabilità sociale e la salvaguardia dell’ambiente.
Nell'ambito della sua partecipazione al regolamento EMAS, Enipower, Enipower Mantova e Sef hanno adottato un sistema di gestione ambientale conforme al regolamento europeo 1221/2009 e sono in possesso di relativa certificazione rilasciata dal Comitato per l'Ecolabel e l'Ecoaudit.
