Considering that Eni S.p.A. has contracted capacity from Oued Saf-Saf to Mazara del Vallo with the respective network operators until 01/10/2019, Eni S.p.A. intends to make available transportation capacity from 01/10/2018, 08:00 a.m. to 01/10/2019, 08:00 a.m. through non-discriminatory and transparent single-round auctions according to the pay as bid price rule. The capacity will be offered from Oued Saf-Saf to Mazara del Vallo, with different products and shall be allocated among the interested operators by means of auctions in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Auction Procedure attached hereto.
The available transportation capacity will be offered on firm basis as follows:
Long Term Product
- Section A: 16 lots1 from 1/10/2018 08:00 a.m. until 1/10/2019 08:00 a.m.
Short Term Product
- Section B: 16 lots1 from 1/10/2018 08:00 a.m. until 1/1/2019 08:00 a.m.
- Section C: 16 lots1 from 1/1/2019 08:00 a.m. until 1/4/2019 08:00 a.m.
- Section D: 16 lots1 from 1/4/2019 08:00 a.m. until 1/7/2019 08:00 a.m.
- Section E: 16 lots1 from 1/7/2019 08:00 a.m. until 1/10/2019 08:00 a.m.

Please note that the deadline for submitting the complete Documentation as per Article 7 of the Auction Procedure is 19th July 2018 at 4:00 p.m. The Documentation consists of a notarized Application Form, a Bid Bond and a Declaration in accordance with the Auction Procedure.
Please note that only the companies which do not have any unpaid pending debts toward Eni S.p.A. for amounts in excess of Euro 200.000,00 (two hundred thousand/00) resulting unpaid upon expiry of 30 days after the established due payment date are entitled to participate to the auction and that only one company of the same corporate group will be entitled to participate to the auction.
Finally please be informed that the above mentioned available transportation capacities do not include the corresponding capacity at entry Mazara del Vallo on Snam Rete Gas network system.
1 Each lot shall consist of a quantity of 500.000 Cm3/d
