An internship in Eni is a professionalising training experience and the first step towards joining the company.
Based on the company’s specific requirements, Eni assigns internships to young graduates with the following requisites:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering and Economics, completed not more than 12 months ago at one of Eni’s partner universities;
  • Minimum mark 100/110
  • Knowledge of English
  • Under 28 years of age

Internships normally last 6 months and take place in Eni structures or in those of its companies. Each intern is followed by a company tutor who assists him/her during the training project assigned. The intern receives a monthly contribution towards expenses.
After the internship a professional apprenticeship contract may be offered.

Offers for specific positions/internships are published in the job opportunities page of the website. In any case, you can send in your application using the CV submission form.

If your application is of interest, you will be contacted by Eni Corporate University, which will manage the selection process.

Eni does not offer a  structured internship programme for students and undergraduates.
