Eni is committed to designing, implementing and reporting on its Human Rights Due diligence process.
We assess and monitor our risks. We identify customized strategies and solutions, in an on-going effort to be more effective in preventing and mitigating our impacts. In addition to building a consistent set of internal norms guiding Eni employees and Business Partners to ensure their practices comply with international Human Rights standards, Eni has also been working on the design, implementation and reporting of its Human Rights Due Diligence process to ensure its alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

According to Eni’s commitment on human rights due diligence and for the sake of transparency and fruitful engagement with stakeholders and local communities, we publish the summary report of the human rights assessment related to the exploratory activities of Eni in Cabinda Norte Block, Angola, carried out by the Danish Institute for Human Rights in December 2018.
