Eni was one of six companies in the world to join the pilot phase of the UN Global Compact LEAD Board Programme, a programme for the boards of directors of companies to strengthen their sustainability awareness. The first module “The materiality of sustainability”, focused the attention of boards on the most relevant sustainability issues for the purpose of creating value for the company.
