Offshore Cape Three Points

OCTP is an integrated offshore deepwater development project located approximately 60 km off the coast of the western region of Ghana, which includes volumes of oil in place of about 500 million barrels of oil and non-associated gas, or around 41 billion cubic metres that will be used entirely by the domestic market for the production of electrical energy. Thanks to 18 subsea wells connected to the FPSO "John Agyekum Kufuor" and a 63km pipeline linked to the coast, the Cape Three Points will provide domestic gas supply to Ghana’s thermal power plants for more than 15 years, a significant contribution for the country’s energy needs and economic development.
