ENI CONFIRMED IN THE SUSTAINABILITY FTSE4 GOOD INDEX

San Donato Milanese (Milan), 13 July 2015 - For the ninth consecutive year, Eni confirms its presence in the FTSE4 Good Index , one of the world's most respected corporate social responsibility stock-market indexes.

Eni, a member of the index since 2007, has been recognized for its excellence in environmental sustainability, respect for human rights, corporate governance and transparency and its relationship with stakeholders and local communities. It is with the help of these parameters that an independent committee from the FTSE Group, founder of the FTSE4Good, selects which companies are to be included in the excellence index.

This achievement confirms Eni’s consistent commitment to sustainable developmentand ensuring the responsible management of its business, promoting social and environmental development of the communities in which Eni operates.
