In partnership with some of the most prestigious Italian universities, Eni organises Second Level Master in the Oil & Gas sector for the training of highly qualified professionals.
The training programmes are the result of a desire to train our future people: we want them to be prepared, qualified and to start in class to gain the necessary knowledge to work in our company. In collaboration with the academic world we promote university Master Degrees to train highly qualified professionals who are immediately able to apply the knowledge acquired to the day-to-day operational reality of the company.
Promoters: Eni and Eni Corporate University in partnership with Politecnico di Torino.
Objectives: with this initiative, Eni aims to offer a post-graduate training program designed to qualify professionals for its business.
Duration: 12 months (including 3 months of internship).
Program of study: lectures held in English by university professors and corporate teaching staff at Politecnico di Torino + on the job training at Eni.
Features: Italian and international students will be divided in two specialistic courses (“Reservoir&Drilling” and “Production&Logistics”)
Participants: graduates in Physics, Petroleum Engineering, Aerospace and Astronautical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy and Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, Naval Engineering, Material Engineering, Geosciences, Geology and Geophysics.
Scholarships: Eni makes available scholarships to Italian and foreign students who will be attending the Master.

Stefano Raniolo graduated in hydraulic engineering from the University of Florence. In 2009, although he already had a job, he decided to take on a new challenge by participating in the Master course in Petroleum Engineering & Operations. At the beginning of 2011 he was hired by Eni.
From the beginning, his work has enabled him to undertake different roles and travel frequently to attend conferences and field projects in Beijing, St Petersburg, Abu Dhabi and Alaska. Today, he is team leader of the reservoir area in Iraq.
