Eni Deutschland GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Eni and one of the leading mineral oil companies in Germany. The company has been active on the German market since 1960 and employs around 180 people. It operates in the areas of crude oil purchasing and processing as well as mineral oil product sales and operates a network of around 420 service stations under the Agip brand.

Versalis Deutschland GmbH is a subsidiary of Versalis SpA, Eni's chemical company operating at an international level in the fields of basic chemicals, plastics, rubber and chemicals from renewable resources.
Its polyethylene production plant, acquired in August 2010 from Oxea Deutschland GmbH, is located in Oberhausen within the Ruhrchemie industrial area. The company offices are based in Eschborn, close to Frankfurt am Main.
Versalis Deutschland GmbH manufactures and sells polymers, i.e. EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), a specialty plastic grade from the Polyethylene product family . This product is marketed under trademark Greenflex® with application in the fields films for agriculture, greenhouses, stretch hood, foodstuffs and the medical industries.
Versalis Deutschland GmbH has been certified to ISO 9001 since 1991. Additionally, the company has been certified to OHSAS 18001 since 2012, ISO 14001 since 2011 and ISO 50001 since 2013.
Versalis International was founded in 2012 in Brussels to support the European commercial branches. In 2014, the trading and business activities ‒ previously carried out by the subsidiaries located in France, Great Britain, Germany and Hungary ‒ were also centralized.
The German branch of Versalis International employs a number of local resources at its Eschborn offices for activities related to HR, AFC, Engineering Assistance, Sales and Customer Service.
