Eni, through Eni International B.V., together with LiveStream LLC, announces the successful IPO on the main market of the London Stock Exchange of New Energy One Acquisition Corporation Plc
The sale will raise a total of approximately 1,068 million Swiss Francs for Eni’s participation in the Transitgas system and around 60 million Euros for its participation in TENP system.
