In October 2018, construction work finished on a C9 monomer separation plant as part of the transformation of the Priolo site, where there has been significant investment in overhauling the cracking facility in recent years. Further work will be carried out there to enhance the integrated platform, with research under way into the building of a new facility at our Mantua site for the production of cumene – a raw material used in the production of phenol and its derivatives.
