We have been operating in the country since 1994 through Adriaplin, which imports, sells and distributes gas throughout the country (and in which Eni has a 51% stake) and in the Plenitude & Power sector.
Subsidiary Adriaplin completed its 100% acquisition of Mestni Plinovodi in March 2018 and incorporated it in May of the same year. The company managed the distribution and sale of gas in 11 municipalities located in central-northern and north-eastern Slovenia for €15 million, net of the €1 million in cash acquired.
Plenitude is the company dedicated to the sale of gas, electricity and energy solutions to households, apartment blocks and businesses. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eni SpA, set up to boost sales in the retail and business markets, with innovative solutions to move towards a more sustainable energy consumption model. Plenitude operates in 6 countries in Europe, with 1,600 employees. 10 million people in Europe have chosen our energy. In Slovenia, we supply energy to 13,000 customers.
