Description: <p>Looking for value in people and <b>investing in training</b> them have always been the basis of Eni's method.<br><br>Through the collaboration between Eni's <b>Scuola Mattei</b> and the <b>Polytechnics of Milan and Turin</b>, we organise <b>master's and specialist degrees</b> in subjects from the world of energy, ranging from geological science to management. Together with these polytechnics and other <b>Italian universities</b>, we organise <b>master's degrees</b> for future energy professionals.<br><br> <b>Eni Corporate University</b> organises constant training courses for our staff, to develop their technical and managerial skills.
