If you live in one of the countries served by eni gas & power you can apply to:
• the local Customer Services
• one of the shops in the eni energy store network

or:
• access the web portal

Finding out how much energy has been consumed can be done by having the meter read by a company employee, or self-reading the meter and sending the data to eni S.p.A. either by phone using the freephone number or by accessing the Internet site. If the meter is read by an eni employee, this takes place at least once a year for customers who consume up to 500cm/year;

• at least once every six months for customers who consume more than 500cm/year and up to 5000cm/year;
• at least once every month for customers who consume more than 5000cm/year.

If you self-read the meter you can send the data to eni S.p.A. either by using the freephone number 800.999.800, available every day from 6.00 to 24.00, or by accessing the website and using the on-line Services section, available 24 hours every day, 7 days a week for all registered customers. ATTENTION If you inform eni of the meter reading during the period recommended on the invoice, the amount consumed will be debited to your account.

• if you are already an existing customer and you want to replace another customer , you can use the on-line Services section.

To transfer a contract you must have the following data:

• the name, tax number and telephone number of the new contract holder;
• the meter reading;
• the personal data of the old customer (including the client number) and an address where to send the closing invoice.
