In training, like in business, the present has a future to understand and to build.

The frontiers of activities, culture and languages present in Eni are expanding, new services and processes need to be developed.

The goals of the business are entrusted to the experience and professionalism of the people who work in Eni and their capacity to learn new know-how, behaviour, ways of living work.

Eni Corporate University's training programme for 2009 has been inspired by the principles of continuity and innovation:

• continuity, to consolidate skills and professionalism and to disseminate shared behaviour
• innovation to enhance incentives and proposals on goals that have become significant.

The range of training courses offered by Eni Corporate University is divided into the following categories:

• General Training Proposal;
  
  
• HSEQ Training Proposal ,targeted at the "Health, Safety and Environment" sector, covering an area of particular concern for Eni's operations;
  
  
• E&P Training Proposal, targeted at the overseas companies of the Exploration & Production division, and oriented to the business needs of these companies;
  
  
• Saipem Training Proposal, oriented to the business needs of the Italian and foreign companies under Saipem.
