Selection

In its role as a "gateway" to Eni's world, Eni Corporate University attracts and selects suitable people who are qualified to work in a competitive and diversified sector like energy.

CVs are initially evaluated on the basis of the following parameters:

  • type of diploma or degree
  • final year result
  • regularity of attendance
  • age
  • language skills
  • computing skills
  • areas of specialisation
  • previous professional experience (if any)
  • willingness to travel, both within Italy and abroad

Once candidates are chosen that have the professional and personal qualifications which best meet the needs of Eni and its member companies, the selection process is begun.

Our Principles

The principles adopted in undertaking its activities reflect the values that Eni shows in its own management and human resources policies, and which are also evident in selection process.

In particular, the transparency of choices emerges from the criteria of objectivity, traceability and responsibility that the company ensures and guarantees during the evaluation process, which is characterised by:

  • recruitment parameters and structured assessment methodologies
  • traceability of every step of the selection process
  • sharing of the evaluation among all the subjects involved in the selection process (operating lines, Human Resources Departments of Eni and its companies, Eni Corporate University)

The centrality of the person and their development are a fundamental objective and a primary commitment in Eni's global corporate dimension. This is reflected in the development of skills and abilities of every employee in the workforce, so that each individual person is able to fully express their energy and creativity and so achieve their full potential.
