Governance and Sustainability

Eni adopted a system of Governance and regulations which allow to operate according to Sustainability values and principles, within the framework of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization Fundamental Conventions and the OECD Guidelines for International Enterprises.

Eni bases its conduct on the protection of Human Rights, the protection of work and its employees' quality of life, on transparency and attention towards all its stakeholders, on the fight against corruption and illegal behaviour, on a preventive and responsible approach towards environmental protection, on the respect of health and safety standards, on consumers' rights.
