Eni Enrico Mattei Foundation

The Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) is a no-profit  research institution established by Eni in 1989.

It aims at enhancing, through studies, research and training initiatives, knowledge in the fields of economics, energy and environment, both at the national and international level.

During its 20 years of activity the Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei has become a leading international research center on sustainable development and a center for the promotion of interaction among academia, business and institutions.  

Besides its offices in Milan, Venice and Brussels, in 2007 a new office was opened in Viggiano (Basilicata) aiming at promoting the sustainable development of the area through its research, training and support to local institutions activities.
