According to Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, the financial communication company that realized the rank, through the evaluations suggested by various experts (analists, journalists and investitors) from all Europe, Eni success is due to a great level of disclosure about relevant information (such as the ones regarding management, remuneration, future strategy) through a clear, accessible and fair presentation style.
