Representative of the Italian Court of Auditors (Corte dei Conti)

Eni's accounts are subject also to the review of the Italian Court of Auditors (Corte dei Conti),  in order to protect the financial interests of the State. The relevant activity is performed by the Magistrate delegated to control, Raffaele Squitieri (alternate Amedeo Federici), as decided on October 27-28, 2009, by the Governing Council of the Italian Court of Accounts.
The Magistrate delegated to control attends the meetings of the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Internal Control Committee.
