Annual Information Document of Eni S.p.A.

The Annual Information Document, shown below, contains a list of the information which was published or made available to the public by Eni SpA between 14 June 2008 and 15 May 2009 in one or more member states or in third party countries, in compliance with the obligations required by European and national legislative and regulatory provisions relative to the regulation of issuers of financial instruments listed in regulated markets.

The document specifies the nature of the information which was previously published and made available to the public as well as the date of publication and where it is possible to acquire this information.

In order to facilitate searches and reading, the documents have been grouped into seven sections:
