Annual Information Document of Eni S.p.A.

The Annual Information Document that follows contains a list of the information published or made available to the public by Eni SpA between 14 June 2008 and 15 May 2009 in one or more member states or third countries in conformity with the obligations laid out by current legislation or EU and national regulations concerning the governance of issuers of financial instruments quoted on regulated markets.
