Director

Born in 1955.

He holds a degree in Business Economics from the Bocconi University, Milan and is a qualified professional accountant and auditor.

He is a full professor at the Faculty of Law at the Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza and author of many publications on corporate governance, business economics and budget management.

He is Editor-in-Chief of the official journal of the accountancy profession and has a professional studio in Milan.

He is a Director at, among others, Seat PG S.p.A., Interpump Group S.p.A., IMMSI S.p.A.

He is Chairman of the audit committee of Luxottica Group S.p.A.

He is an auditor of Gruppo Lactalis Italia S.p.A. and Egidio Galbani S.p.A.

He has been a Director of Eni S.p.A. since May 2005.

In 2008, he was appointed chairman of the Board of Statutory auditors of Mediobanca S.p.A.
