Milan, 12 March 2010 - The Senior Management presented the 2010-2013 strategy to the financial community
The financial statements at December 31, 2008 and a dividend of €1.30 per share approved. Included in this annual payment is €0.65 per share which was distributed as interim dividend in September 2008. The balance of €0.65 per share is payable on May 21, 2009 with the ex-dividend being May 18, 2009. Holders of ADRs will receive €1.30 per ADR, payable on May 29, 2009 to ADR holders as of May 20, 2009 record date.
